This client wanted a new location for his bi-annual seminar. The venue had to be located near an European airport with easy access and frquent daily flights.

He had already stayed in all European Capitals and wanted something different.

 

Yellowmeeting suggested Wiesbaden in Germany as a location. This beautiful city renowned for it's hot springs and roman bath is located only 24 kms from Frankfurt's International Airport, thus a 20mn ride.

 

One client had to host one of his many seminars in Paris at the end of the year season. He couldn't change the location for internal reasons but wanted something different to the previous events set in Paris.

 

Yellowmeeting suggested an auditorium, a selection of hotels and a private nightclub near the Champs-Elysées.

Due to a tight schedule all 3 venues were located within a 2-minute walk from another.

Despite the tight timing the guests benefited from the exquisite Christmas lighting and decoration that make the legendary Parisian avenue famous.

 

Each stroll from one venue to the other was breathtaking!

 

An Executive Committee was taking part in an exhibition located in Boston, USA. They required to extend their stay in order to host a strategic seminar.

 

Yellowmeeting advised a hotel located near the exhibition and following the seminar, suggested the Cape Cod as for a change of scenery. Yellowmeeting had the guests transferred by boat to the peninsula and organised activities.

 

Some clients had planned to organise a seminar with colleagues already doing too much travelling and therefore requested minimum transfers and spacious venues and needed a break from the confined areas they're use to.

 

Yellowmeeting exclusively goes for meeting rooms with lots of daylight and high ceilings. The meeting breaks are organised on patios and te dining arrangements took place in a restaurant with a panoramic view of the city.

 

A client had to set-up a course of training sessions over a 3-week period. Her required a sunny location on a sea cost but his first concern was the price.
